How Billing Works

We’ve simplified how you manage your bookings. Just head to our website, select Book Online, and choose your required service. Your booking will run as an automated monthly subscription—fully editable or cancellable whenever it suits you.

📌 Important to Note:

✔ Billing is upfront.
✔ Missed daycare days? No problem! We offer make-up days, but refunds aren’t available.
✔ We do everything possible to ensure a safe, supervised, and fun environment. However, as dogs are dogs, occasional injuries may occur. Any related veterinary costs will be for the owner’s account.
