Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Sandton Doggy Daycare Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 19 February 2025

1. Cancellations

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the booking start date are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the booking start date are eligible for a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking start date are non-refundable.

2. No-Shows

  • If you fail to drop off your dog on the scheduled date without prior notice, no refunds will be issued.

3. Early Collection

  • If you collect your dog earlier than the booked period, no partial refunds will be given.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

  • In cases of medical emergencies or unforeseen events, refunds may be considered at our discretion.
